Description: MMS-3500-11
Our high temperature Ceramic Gasket Maker
& Potting agent is a mica based material. This
material is specified when conventional fastening methods
like screws, nails, fasteners, pins, RTV silicones, and
low temperature epoxies can not accommodate extremely high
temperatures.
Our MMS-3500 Mica Adhesive is a pre-mixed
material which is ready to be applied from a standard caulking tube.
This is a room temperature cure material. Cures by the
evaporation of water from the adhesive. You can speed up the
cure process by heat curing at 200-250º F. Heat curing the
product will give this adhesive material its best performance. You will
benefit from MMS-3500's environmental responsibility,
quick curing to increase productivity and low cost
compared to epoxies.
Applications:
This is just a brief list of the
applications. There are thousands of areas this product
can be used especially when a high temperature 100% RTV
Silicone will not withstand the temperatures you need.

MMS3500-11 is
resistant to most chemicals, solvents, oxidizing, and reducing
atmospheres, aging, thermal cycling, and electricity.
