230352 High Viscosity UV Structural Adhesive

Description: 230352 is an clear/amber, thixotropic liquid suitable for bonding a wide range of materials. Cures when exposed to UV radiation. Product will also cure with the us of a primer 600392. Optically clear.

Bonds: 230352 is used to bond, seal, coat metal and glass components in industrial applications. Typical uses include unitizing electrical devices, appliance parts, and decorative components. Also used to bond ceramic to glass.

Properties

  • Cures when exposed to UV light

  • Cures thermally (250 F for approximately 30min.)

  • Cures on contact with ND Excel Primer 600392


230500 Light Cure Multi Purpose Adhesive & Sealant

Description: 230500 methacrylate structural adhesive is a low viscosity (500 cps) resin used as a general purpose adhesive for bonding opaque and clear materials. It is also used for sealing and potting. Unique dual cure system allows for polymerization both by UV light and anaerobically.

Bonds: Retains bearings, shafts, bonds aluminum, ferrite, ceramic, glass, most metals, and many thermoset plastics. Seals and pots. Ideal for strain relief, tamper proofing and insulating.

Properties:

  • Cures when exposed to UV light

  • Cures anaerobically (without air)

  • Cures on contact with NDŽ Excel Primer N (611113)


240392 Structural Adhesive

Description: 240392 is a urethane methacrylate resin with a viscosity of 15,000 cps. It is a very high strength adhesive designed for demanding applications where severe environmental performance is required. While it excels in resistance to extreme moisture, thermal shock, and impact, 240392 provides a very rapid cure for high speed production lines. It needs to be used in conjunction with its activator (600392.)

Fixture times can be achieved in 10 seconds depending upon substrates involved.

Bonds: Metals, magnets, plastics and many other substrates. Firearms components.

Properties:

  • Heat Cured at 90-100ēC in 15-30 seconds

  • Activator Cured in 10-60 seconds.
