230500 Light Cure Multi Purpose Adhesive
& Sealant
Description: 230500 methacrylate structural
adhesive is a low viscosity (500 cps) resin used as a
general purpose adhesive for bonding opaque and clear
materials. It is also used for sealing and potting.
Unique dual cure system allows for polymerization
both by UV light and anaerobically.
Bonds: Retains bearings, shafts, bonds
aluminum, ferrite, ceramic, glass, most metals, and
many thermoset plastics. Seals and pots. Ideal for
strain relief, tamper proofing and insulating.

240392 Structural Adhesive
Description: 240392 is a urethane
methacrylate resin with a viscosity of 15,000 cps. It
is a very high strength adhesive designed for
demanding applications where severe environmental
performance is required. While it excels in
resistance to extreme moisture, thermal shock, and
impact, 240392 provides a very rapid cure for high
speed production lines. It needs to be used in
conjunction with its activator (600392.)
Fixture
times can be achieved in 10 seconds depending upon
substrates involved.
Bonds: Metals, magnets, plastics and
many other substrates. Firearms components.
